Dr. Maher Tadros is the founder and managing partner of eConstruct USA LLC.
In addition to his role as managing partner, Dr. Tadros acts as the senior technical advisor, value engineering specialist and marketer of precast buildings and bridges.
Dr. Tadros holds degrees in structural engineering from Assiut University in Egypt,and the University of Calgary in Alberta, Canada.
Dr. Tadros is a Professor Emeritus of Civil Engineering at the University of Nebraska. He was the principal author of first Edition of PCI Bridge Design Manual. He has been recognized by the Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute as a Titan of the Industry, a Fellow of the Institute, a Distinguished Educator, and is the recipient of the PCI Medal of Honor in 2018. He has received numerous design, teaching, and research awards. Dr. Tadros is the inventor of the popular THiN-Wall insulated wall panel system. He holds 25 other US patents.
Adam Sevenker is a partner at eConstruct USA LLC.
Mr. Sevenker is a project engineer in the Bridge Division of eConstruct. In addition to bridge design, his work focuses on bridge rehabilitation, repair, and construction engineering.
Mr. Sevenker has a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from the University of Nebraska in Kearney, a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Nebraska in Omaha, and a Master of Science degree from the University of Nebraska in Omaha.
Prior to joining eConstruct, Mr. Sevenker worked as a research assistant at the University of Nebraska from 2012-2013.
Alec Stubbe is a partner at eConstruct USA LLC.
Mr. Stubbe is the manager of the bridge division. He also has experience as a project manager in the Precast Division of eConstruct. He is also responsible for office managerial activities within the firm.
Mr. Stubbe has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from South Dakota State University, and a Master of Science degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
Prior to joining eConstruct, Mr. Stubbe worked as a research and teaching assistant at the University of Nebraska from 2008-2009.
Brad Schipper is a partner at eConstruct USA LLC.
Mr. Schipper is a co-manager of the Precast Division and is responsible for the engineering design of all precast/prestressed concrete building projects and shop drawing production for the firm.
Mr. Schipper has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Iowa State University in Ames, Iowa and has completed various graduate level coursework at the University of Nebraska in Omaha, Nebraska. He is actively involved with the Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute and is a member of several technical committees.
Prior to joining eConstruct, Mr. Schipper worked as a structural engineer for Wilson Concrete (Coreslab Structures) in Omaha, Nebraska from 1994-2002 and as a senior structural engineer for Rick Berry & Associates in Omaha, Nebraska from 2002-2010.
Collin Moriarty is a partner at eConstruct USA LLC.
Mr. Moriarty is a co-manager of the Precast Division. A focus of his work is the design of cladding projects and the design management of podium projects. He has also consulted on the PCI Ultra High Performance Concrete Design Guide and design proposals including UHPC.
Mr. Moriarty has a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He is licensed in seven states, including Nebraska, Minnesota, Iowa, South Dakota, North Dakota, Colorado, and Montana. He is actively involved with the Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute and is a voting member for a couple technical committees, including the PCI 9th Edition Design Handbook Committee and the PCI Journal Advisory Committee, where he is also the secretary.
Prior to joining eConstruct, Mr. Moriarty was a structural engineer for the South Dakota Department of Transportation in Pierre, South Dakota from 1991-1996 and he was the engineering manager for Gage Brothers in Sioux Falls, South Dakota from 1996-2021.
Dr. Michael Eilers is a partner and Vice President of eConstruct’s Florida operations, responsible for the engineering design of precast/prestressed concrete projects and shop drawing production, with focus on the Southeast region of the U.S.
He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology in Rolla, MO, and his Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering and Doctor of Philosophy degree in Engineering and Mathematics from the University of Missouri – Kansas City.
Dr. Eilers brings several years of engineer of record experience, as well as over 14 years of precast experience from his roles as a plant engineer, design engineer and chief engineer with Coreslab Structures (Missouri). Prior to joining e.construct, he served as a NASA lead discipline structural engineer at Kennedy Space Center, FL.
Nathan Waite is a partner at eConstruct USA LLC.
Mr. Waite is Lead Designer of the Precast Division.
Mr. Waite has an Associates Degree in Design & Drafting Technology from Southeast Community College in Lincoln, Nebraska.
Prior to joining eConstruct, Mr. Waite worked as a drafter for C&H Cabinets and Countertops.
