Dr. Maher Tadros is the founder and managing partner of eConstruct USA LLC.
In addition to his role as managing partner, Dr. Tadros acts as the senior technical advisor, value engineering specialist and marketer of precast buildings and bridges. .
Dr. Tadros holds degrees in structural engineering from Assiut University in Egypt,and the University of Calgary in Alberta, Canada.
Dr. Tadros is a Professor Emeritus of Civil Engineering at the University of Nebraska. He was the principal author of first Edition of PCI Bridge Design Manual. He has been recognized by the Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute as a Titan of the Industry, a Fellow of the Institute and a Distinguished Educator. He has received numerous design, teaching and research awards. Dr. Tadros is the inventor of the popular THiN-Wall insulated wall panel system. He holds 15 other US patents.
Mr. Berry is a partner and Senior Vice President at eConstruct USA LLC.
Mr. Berry is manager of the building division and is responsible for the engineering design of all building projects for clients including Architects, Owners and Developers. Mr. Berry has over 30 years of experience and has expertise in a cast-in-place concrete, masonry, structural steel and wood framing.
Mr. Berry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Nebraska in Omaha, Nebraska.
Prior to joining eConstruct, Mr. Berry was a project engineer for Thompson, Dreessen and Dorner Inc. in Omaha from 1983-1993 and was President of Rick Berry and Associates, P.C. in Omaha from 1993-2013.
Brad Schipper is a partner at eConstruct USA LLC.
Mr. Schipper is a co-manager of the Precast Division and is responsible for the engineering design of all precast/prestressed concrete building projects and shop drawing production for the firm.
Mr. Schipper has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Iowa State University in Ames, Iowa and has completed various graduate level coursework at the University of Nebraska in Omaha, Nebraska. He is actively involved with the Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute and is a member of several technical committees.
Prior to joining eConstruct, Mr. Schipper worked as a structural engineer for Wilson Concrete (Coreslab Structures) in Omaha, Nebraska from 1994-2002 and as a senior structural engineer for Rick Berry & Associates in Omaha, Nebraska from 2002-2010.
Alec Stubbe is a partner at eConstruct USA LLC.
Mr. Stubbe is a project engineer in the Precast Division and Bridge Division of eConstruct. He is also responsible for IT coordination for the firm.
Mr. Stubbe has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from South Dakota State University, and a Master of Science degree from the University of Nebraska in Lincoln.
Prior to joining eConstruct, Mr. Stubbe worked as a research and teaching assistant at the University of Nebraska from 2008-2009.
Ron Volberding is one of the founding partners of eConstruct USA LLC.
Mr. Volberding is responsible for business management at eConstruct. He is also a co-manager of the Precast Division and a senior engineer in the design of precast / prestressed concrete buildings.
Mr. Volberding has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Nebraska in Lincoln, Nebraska. Ron played right guard for the 1969 Cornhusker football team coached by Bob Devaney and Tom Osborne. The team finished 9-2, won the conference championship, and defeated the Georgia Bulldogs in the Sun Bowl. Go Huskers!
Prior to joining eConstruct, Mr. Volberding worked as a structural engineer for HDR in Omaha, Nebraska from 1974-1984 and as chief structural engineer for Rupprecht Engineering Inc. from 1984-2009.
